Where does the water come from?
We source our water from local municipal sources near our filling stations in Michigan and Utah. The water undergoes an 8-step purification process, including reverse osmosis and carbon filtration, to ensure a crisp, clean taste.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
Can I set up a recurring subscription?
Absolutely. You can choose to have Boxed Water delivered every 2, 4, or 6 weeks. Subscribing saves you 15% on every order and ensures you never run out of hydration.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we cannot accept returns once the product has shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
